Change of Address / Contact Details

Personal Customer Procedures

If you are a Bank of Ireland Personal Customer in the Republic of Ireland

Step 1:

Print and complete the "change of details" form

Please note: No faxed forms will be accepted for change of personal details

Step 2:

If you hold interest bearing account, please provide proof of your new address to your account holding branch

Step 3:

Post your documents, including proof of your new address to your account holding branch. Please note your request will take between 3-7 working days to process

Business Customer Procedures

If you are a Business Customer in the Republic of Ireland

Step 1:

Please contact the Business Advisor in your Account Holding Bank of Ireland Branch to proceed with your request
